What you’ll do:

The primary jobs of customer relations personnel are to:

  • Answer incoming phone calls
  • Return unanswered phone calls
  • Return service request emails
  • Answer Yelp service requests in a timely manner
  • Send work leads to technicians
  • Follow up with past customers about the quality of work (ask for reviews)
  • Write thank you cards to past customers

One thing that sets this job apart from any other is that when calls are answered or follow-up emails are sent you are helping to free kids from the sex trade.

Job requirements

The Customer Relations Personnel

  • Reports to the Customer Relations Manager
  • Is expected to work 10 to 20 hours per week during business hours
  • Is a self-motivated individual with a willingness to learn to excel in customer relations
  • Has the ability to work from home with internet service in a quiet work environment
  • Is willing to offer feedback and bright new ideas on how to maximize productivity
  • Is committed to making the customer feel like he or she is the most important person
  • Has knowledge of Google Drive or the willingness and ability to learn

 

This is a Part-time position

Customer Relations Personnel Pay

  • Minimum wage to $18 / Hour depending on experience with added bonus incentive program
  • 5 Paid sick days / Year
  • 5 Paid vacation days / Year
  • Major Holidays off
  • Monday – Friday work schedule
