What you’ll do:
The primary jobs of customer relations personnel are to:
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Return unanswered phone calls
- Return service request emails
- Answer Yelp service requests in a timely manner
- Send work leads to technicians
- Follow up with past customers about the quality of work (ask for reviews)
- Write thank you cards to past customers
One thing that sets this job apart from any other is that when calls are answered or follow-up emails are sent you are helping to free kids from the sex trade.
Job requirements
The Customer Relations Personnel
- Reports to the Customer Relations Manager
- Is expected to work 10 to 20 hours per week during business hours
- Is a self-motivated individual with a willingness to learn to excel in customer relations
- Has the ability to work from home with internet service in a quiet work environment
- Is willing to offer feedback and bright new ideas on how to maximize productivity
- Is committed to making the customer feel like he or she is the most important person
- Has knowledge of Google Drive or the willingness and ability to learn
This is a Part-time position
Customer Relations Personnel Pay
- Minimum wage to $18 / Hour depending on experience with added bonus incentive program
- 5 Paid sick days / Year
