The primary jobs of a Technician are to:
Review and perform jobs as depicted in Markate in a timely and efficient manner.
Keep track of tools and maintain truck.
Collect payment and VIP cards from customers, Honest Lee Handyman Services uses the Markate app for estimating and invoicing clients.
Meet with accounts receivable manager once a week during scheduled meeting time to exchange checks.
Engage in our weekly team meetings and bring fresh ideas to meetings and jobs as needed.

The Technician
- Reports to the Service Manager and is responsible for providing the best experience possible for their clients.
- Is a self-motivated individual with a willingness to learn to excel in customer relations and time management.
- Has reliable transportation.
- Is willing to offer feedback and bright new ideas on how to maximize productivity.
- Is committed to making the customer feel like he or she is the most important person.
- Knows to use invoicing and estimating software and has a willingness to learn.
Technician Pay
- $19 – $34 / Hour based on productivity (incentivized pay scale)
- 5 Paid sick days / Year
- 5 Paid vacation days / Year
